In 2014, esteemed Magnum photographer Stuart Franklin engaged Silas Finch to help him produce an exceptional tribute to an exceptional man: Mr. Leonard Cohen, in celebration of his 80th birthday. The result is a book containing 32 silver gelatin prints, each of which has been letterpress-printed by hand with a line from one of Cohen’s iconic songs. An envelope mounted inside the first pages of the book contains a letterpress printed facsimilie of a personal typewritten letter from Franklin to Cohen.
